Sueños Tulum is 75 miles (2 hour drive) northeast from Cancún International Airport. Once you arrive at the Cancun International Airport there are several transportation options to bring you to our hotel:

Directions for those who have rented a car
From Cancun International Airport take highway 307 going south towards Playa Del Carmen, and Tulum. You will pass Playa del Carmen through a big bridge, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, and the entrance to the ruins at Tulum. Turn to the left at the major crossroads with the road to Coba. So, when you see a turning to the right to Coba, you should turn left. You will be heading directly towards the sea on a very straight road.

The road ends at a T junction at the coast. Turn right the ocean will be on your left, follow this road for approximately 10 minutes, passing the hotels Zamas, Maya Tulum, Ana y Jose, Om Tulum and Hip Hotel. Sueños Tulum is on your left; the entrance is marked by two big wooden gates that are usually closed. We have a rock sign. There is also a painted sign on the wall right after the doors. Ring the bell on the left and we will come greet you. The approximate driving time is between 1 hr 40 min – 2 hours from Cancun airport.

Reservations are guaranteed to your credit card. Reservations need to be cancelled in advance to avoid being charged. The timeframe for cancellation is outlined just below.

1. No cancellation fee will be charge to your credit card if we have received and confirmed your cancellation 16 days prior to your arrival.
2. For cancellations made 15 days or less prior to arrival, a charge of 25% will be charge to your credit card
3. For cancellations made 7 days or less, a charge of 50% will be charge to your credit card.
4. NO refunds for bad weather or hurricanes related issues. We kindly suggest our guests buy travel insurance to protect their vacation plans.
